A
water soluable film generally placed on the top of fabrics such as chunky
knitwear or towelling helps prevent needle deflection.
A further excellent use for Hi Selon is as a backing for fine fabrics; cashmere
scarves, swimwear & silk, where regular interlining can not be used for
cosmetic reasons.
Filmopast
An
Interlining provided with one side coated with adhesive to aid in the framing
of awkward items such as bags & ties.
The adhesive holds the item in place whilst on the embroidery machine helping to prevent fabric slippage without the necessity of framing.
